Job Title: Onsite Supervisor - Temporary

Location: Greencastle, IN

Salary: $22-$25.00 per hour

We’re looking for an energetic 1st Shift Site Supervisor to take charge of our field talent at a key customer location. In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind a high-performing workforce—motivating your team, ensuring top-notch results, and building a trusted partnership with our client’s onsite leadership. You’ll foster a welcoming, united team environment and keep things running smoothly during the Client’s busy season.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5am to 2pm with occasional weekends based on client needs.

Assignment: Temporary, about 8 months, but with the chance to make a lasting impression.

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and manage the on-site workforce to deliver a strong performance for the client.
• Ensure necessary recruitment strategies so that headcount needs are met for all shifts.
• Ensure compliance with all company and client’s standards including safety and all manufacturing practices.
• Process unemployment compliance, payroll deadlines and proper documentation for onsite workforce.
• Work with client and site staff to improve cycle time, employee relations and performance.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of relevant experience, onsite staffing preferred but open to customer service or administrative skills with previous experience managing people.
• Strong relationship building and communication skills both verbal and written
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products with a focus on Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Highly resourceful with the ability to prioritize and multitask with limited direction
• Sense of urgency to meet high volume recruitment needs
• Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, willingness to learn, and high level of integrity
