• Maintain organized processes to manage high transaction volumes across a dozen entities
• Ensure clear communication across departments to support issue resolution and billing accuracy

• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large datasets
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized under high-volume conditions
• Proficiency with Great Plains ERP
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Prior experience with Comdata, WEX, or similar payment systems is a plus
