Job Description

We are seeking a Temporary Administrative Assistant to join our client's team in Bayside, Queens. This role will support daily administrative functions and ensure smooth communication between residents and management. If you’re detail-oriented, have strong communication skills, and are proficient in office software, we’d love to hear from you!

Location: Bayside, Queens

Rate: $19/hr

Duration: 1-2 months

Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Starting next week: Summer hours on Fridays (9:00 AM - 2:00 PM)
  • Fully onsite

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering phone calls and directing inquiries as needed
  • Communicating work orders to the superintendent
  • Assisting with resident walk-ins and addressing inquiries
  • Taking notes during meetings with the property manager
  • Handling basic administrative tasks such as filing and data entry
  • Utilizing MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and basic computer functions

Qualifications:

  • Strong phone and communication skills
  • Previous administrative experience preferred
  • Knowledge of MS Office and general computer proficiency
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
