About the Role

BioPhase is hiring an Analytical Chemist to support cGMP pharmaceutical manufacturing. In this role, you will execute method validation, verification, and transfer activities to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to quality control and product development in a dynamic lab environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, review, and execute method validation, verification, and transfer protocols
• Conduct feasibility (pre-validation) studies to support validation experimental design
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance to review and approve documents
• Troubleshoot equipment and analytical method issues to optimize performance
• Investigate deviations, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
• Assist in training and evaluating lab personnel

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Engineering, or related field
• Experience: 2+ years in cGMP pharmaceutical manufacturing or regulated environment (peptide manufacturing preferred)
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in HPLC, GC, MS, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Soft Skills: Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment:

• Setting: Laboratory environment requiring PPE
• Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods; occasional lifting of light-to-moderate materials
