Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Auto Admin to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing DMV documentation, processing vehicle registrations and titles, and maintaining accurate records for all automotive transactions. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and a familiarity with motor vehicle procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process DMV paperwork for new and used vehicles, including titles, registrations, and license plates

• Submit title applications and ensure proper documentation is collected and filed

• Monitor and follow up on pending registrations and titles to ensure timely completion

• Maintain accurate and organized records of all vehicle transactions and filings

• Communicate with customers, dealerships, and DMV representatives as needed

• Ensure compliance with all state and federal motor vehicle regulations

• Assist with internal administrative tasks such as data entry, scanning, and filing

• Provide support to the sales and service departments regarding registration or title questions

• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Requirements:

• Previous administrative or clerical experience (automotive or DMV-related experience preferred)

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning internal systems

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment

• High school diploma or equivalent required
