🏡 Brand Manager – Real Estate Investors & House Flippers

📍 Location: Local Market (On-the-Ground Role)

With over a decade of experience, we empower real estate investors and house flippers with fast, reliable funding for fix-and-flip and rental property opportunities. We’re looking for a charismatic and motivated Brand Ambassador to help grow our presence locally and bring in top-tier house accounts and investment deals.

What You’ll Do:

• Represent the ZINC Financial brand at networking events, investor meetups, and real estate conferences
• Meet face-to-face with real estate investors, house flippers, and agents to build lasting relationships
• Take clients and prospects to coffee, lunch, and happy hours to drive rapport and build trust
• Educate potential clients about ZINC’s financing programs and how we can support their investment goals
• Identify and refer quality investment opportunities (house deals) to our acquisitions and lending teams
• Actively contribute to local brand awareness efforts through grassroots marketing and social engagement
• Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies and client conversion
• Serve as the local face of ZINC Financial and help establish the company as the go-to lender in the area

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven ability to connect with people and build long-term business relationships
• Knowledge of real estate investing, particularly fix-and-flip or rental properties, is a major plus
• Strong communication and networking skills
• Highly motivated self-starter with a hunter mentality
• Professional presence and comfort representing a premium financial brand
• Reliable transportation and willingness to be on the move locally
• Sales or brand ambassador experience preferred
