Our client, a luxury fashion brand, is looking for a Retail Pop-Up Associate to join the team at their Bridgehampton pop-up opening May 20th!

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Enhance customer satisfaction by providing personalized service and product recommendations.
• Oversee staff and work cross-functionally with team members and HQ.
• Assist in inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, optimizing product displays to attract customer interest.
• Comfort in hosting VIP and influencer facing events onsite
• Provide excellent customer service to all clients
• Assist with replenishing the pop-up sales floor
• Proactively resolving customer issues
• Setting up and breaking down the store for opening/closing
• Support sales team/ operations team with admin tasks during busy times
• Assisting with ad hoc projects as needed

Requirements:

• At least 1-2+ years of experience in retail at a luxury boutique preferred
• Must be available to work retail hours - open to part-time or full-time hour candidates.
• Ability to commute reliably to Bridgehampton, NY.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask
