Position Overview:
As a Business Development Assistant, you will support the Business Development Managers in identifying growth opportunities, building client relationships, and enhancing our market presence. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational and communication skills who can manage multiple tasks and contribute to expanding our business.

Utilize CRM lead system effectively: Manage and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) software to efficiently track leads, manage client interactions, and monitor sales workflows. Ensure accurate and timely data entry to capture all relevant information, including client contacts, communications, and sales activities.
Client Relationship Management: Build strong, lasting relationships with existing and prospective clients by providing exceptional service, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions to meet their property management requirements.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with colleagues across departments, including operations, marketing, and finance, to ensure alignment of business development efforts with company objectives and facilitate smooth client transitions.
Revenue Generation: Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales workflow, negotiating contracts, and closing deals that drive revenue growth for the organization.
Market Awareness: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the property management industry, and utilize this knowledge to position our services competitively and seize market opportunities.
Proactive Business Development: Take initiative in identifying potential clients and new business opportunities within the property management sector, leveraging your industry knowledge and networking skills to expand our client base.
Networking: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote brand visibility and establish valuable connections within the property management community
Duties:
Client Engagement: Initiate contact with prospective clients through phone calls, emails, and texts to introduce our services, understand their needs, and assess how we can add value to their property management requirements.
Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients to understand their pain points, objectives, and expectations, and tailor our services and solutions to address their specific requirements effectively.
Proposal Development: Prepare customized proposals, presentations, and sales pitches that articulate the value proposition of our property management services and demonstrate how we can meet the client's needs and objectives.
Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements with clients in accordance with company policies and profitability targets, ensuring a win-win outcome for both parties.
Client Follow-up: Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the sales process, providing updates on progress, addressing any concerns or objections, and ensuring a smooth transition from initial contact to contract signing.
