The CISO will be a strategic and operational leader, responsible for safeguarding the company's digital assets, systems, and data. This role demands a proactive individual with a proven track record in building enterprise-grade security architectures and fostering a culture of security awareness. Key responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of cybersecurity governance, architecture, operations, and incident response, ensuring compliance with industry standards and managing evolving risks across a global technology footprint. The ideal candidate for the CISO position at the company will have over 15 years' of experience in information security, with at least 5 years' in a senior leadership role. They must be a cybersecurity authority with deep expertise in security technologies, cyber threats, and regulatory frameworks. The CISO will be expected to lead the development and enforcement of enterprise-wide security policies, standards, and procedures, and to collaborate with various stakeholders to drive enterprise risk management. Preferred experience includes a background in securing cloud-native platforms, OT/IoT systems, and enterprise applications, as well as professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent.
