Overview

Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for an early-stage SaaS company developing next-generation enterprise pricing optimization software. We are an innovative provider of AI-powered predictive simulation solutions.

Location: Remote (US preferred). Compensation: Competitive equity package with performance-based incentives.

We are led by a founding team with over 20 years of experience in pricing strategy, enterprise sales, and product execution. The CTO will own the technology vision, execution, and scalability of the platform.

The CTO will be responsible for architecting, building, and delivering a market-ready product that meets the needs of complex enterprise environments. This role requires both strategic oversight and hands-on technical execution. The ideal candidate has a track record of delivering high-performance SaaS products, integrating data-driven decision tools, and leading engineering teams in high-growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, development, and delivery of the core pricing software platform, ensuring scalability, security, and performance
• Translate business requirements into a clear, executable technical roadmap
• Build and manage a high-performance engineering team, including recruiting and mentoring talent
• Oversee cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and cost optimization strategies
• Ensure enterprise-grade security, compliance, and data management practices are in place
• Represent the technical vision with investors, enterprise clients, and strategic partners

Qualifications

• Proven success in a senior technical leadership role (CTO, Head of Engineering, or equivalent) within a SaaS or enterprise software company
• Strong background in full-stack development and cloud-native architecture
• Experience integrating analytics, data pipelines, and AI / ML models into production environments
• Deep understanding of security, compliance, and scalability for enterprise clients
• Demonstrated ability to deliver products quickly without sacrificing long-term stability
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
