Clinical Research Coordinator – Pueblo, CO

Compensation: $24–$25/hr (based on experience)

We are excited to announce a new opportunity for Clinical Research at our new Retina location in Pueblo, CO ! This is a unique chance to join a growing team and play a pivotal role in launching research operations in a brand-new facility.

About the Role:

• You will be the sole coordinator onsite, working closely with two physicians to start — with plans to grow to eight doctors.
• The research suite will be separate from the clinic, providing a focused environment for study coordination.
• Training will take place in Colorado Springs, including onboarding and additional support as needed.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous clinical research experience is highly preferred.
• A self-starter who can work independently, hold their ground, and confidently communicate with physicians.
• Basic knowledge of retina/ophthalmology is a plus but is not needed. You'll be expected to present findings and communicate with doctors, so professionalism and clarity are key.
• We're also open to backgrounds in oncology, cardiology, or other therapeutic areas.
• No phlebotomy or regulatory experience required — on-site training will be provided.

Additional Details:

• Compensation follows our existing pay scale: $24–$25/hr .
• Candidates with extensive experience or higher compensation requirements may be subject to additional review and approval.
