We partner with respected specialty roasters, like  Counter Culture, George Howell, Equator, Birch, Klatch, and Onyx Coffee Lab,  to extract every note of flavor at its peak, then flash-freeze their coffee into recyclable aluminum capsules to lock in freshness.

What You'll Do as a Coffee Sales Representative

You won't just be selling coffee, you'll be part of a movement. We believe most people have been settling for mediocre coffee for far too long. Your mission: change that, one cup and one conversation at a time.

• Be the face of the revolution.  You'll greet mall-goers with energy and purpose, introducing them to a product that can change their daily routine for the better.
• Let the coffee speak for itself.  Every sample you hand out is proof that better coffee is possible, without baristas, machines, or compromise.
• Inspire a switch.  Through honest, engaging conversations, help people break free from overpriced, underwhelming habits.
• Build your own momentum.  Every sale you make is tracked, recognized, and rewarded, so your effort directly shapes your success. Whether you're working toward bonuses, building leadership skills, or just feeding your competitive spirit, you'll be supported every step of the way.

This is more than a kiosk job, it's a chance to  introduce the future of coffee  to the public, one meaningful interaction at a time. 

What to Expect From the Hiring Process

Cometeer is growing rapidly, and we're hiring with urgency to meet that demand. We value attention to detail and the ability to follow directions, essential traits for success in our fast-moving environment.

Here's how it works:

1. Apply:  Submit your resume through this job posting.
2. Initial Screening:  A recruiter will review your application and, if your background aligns with the role, reach out for a quick screening to assess fit.
3. First Pitch (Virtual):  If you pass the screening, the recruiter will schedule a Google Meet interview with a Regional Sales Manager. You'll deliver a short product pitch using a script we provide, this helps us evaluate your communication style and customer presence.
4. Final Pitch (In Person):  If successful, you'll be invited to the kiosk for an in-person pitch with the Store Manager. This final step allows us to see how you engage in a live retail environment.

We're aiming to make hiring decisions within 3 to 7 days of receiving strong applications.

What We're Looking For

• Passion for coffee, flavor, or food culture
• Experience in retail, direct sales, hospitality, or customer service
• Natural people skills, engaging, conversational, and trustworthy
• High energy and adaptability in fast-paced environments
• Dependable, motivated, and excited to be part of something growing

Schedule & Availability

• Starts as a Part-Time role in the King of Prussia Mall  
• Opportunity to move into Full-Time (30+ hrs/week) based on performance
• Weekend and holiday availability strongly preferred

Compensation & Perks

• Two Week Paid Training $18/hour 
• Base Pay after training: $20/hour
• Commission: $20+ per new subscription

Must be able to: 

Lift and move up to 50 lbs

Work in a stationary position for extended periods of time (standing and sitting)
