Job Description

Our company is looking for a seasoned Community Manager that has experience with large properties and RealPage. This role is perfect for a Multi-Site Manager or Regional Manager looking for growth potential with a great company!

Top Candidates Will Have:

3+ years of RealPage experience
5+ years of Multi-Site, Regional Manager, or Large Property Manager (450+ units) experience
A knack for numbers and finding ways to get your property leased up
Performance-driven, an eye for detail, and self-starter approach
Have a positive attitude and be able to train and motivate your team members
Experience building marketing plans and implementation of marketing campaigns
Leadership skills with a focus on building and mentoring a solid team of high performers.
Customer Service orientated
A high performer in online positive resident reviews
Organized and able to process and delegate administrative work to be completed timely
Evening and weekend work required occasionally

Responsibilities Include:

Assist in the formulation of budgets and business plans for each upcoming calendar year
Maintain budgeted physical and economic occupancy throughout the year
Ensure all rents are collected when due and posted in a timely manner
Constant vendor/contractor communications concerning work scheduling, billing, vendors relations, and certificates of insurance
Approve and submit all invoices-Hire, train, motivate, and supervise all on-site staff in order to achieve operational goals of your property
Conduct on-going training with staff and regular staff meetings
Maintain positive customer service attitude and provide top-notch customer service to all residents, prospects, and vendors
Attend resident retention activities-Monitor all maintenance activies
Physically walk and inspect property on a regular basis
Onesite, and Doc Management Experience a plus
