Job Description

Nonprofit working at the forefront of healthcare education seeks a permanent Data Manager to maintain internal databases and support research initiatives. 

Responsibilities:

  • Regularly assess database performance and integrity. 
  • Prepare and distribute custom surveys and reports. 
  • Facilitate annual survey data collection. 
  • Assist with data editing and entry and verify data as needed. 
  • Handle data requests from other departments. 
  • Other duties and tasks as assigned. 

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing deadlines.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Strong editing skills. 
  • Familiarity with standard office equipment and procedures. 
  • Demonstrated experience in database management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, SPSS, Access, R, R Shiny, Tableau, and Qualtrics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in research or data analysis. 
  • Previous experience working in healthcare or education space preferred.
  • At least three (3) years of experience working in data management. 

Salary: $60,000 -- $78,000 per year.
