True Interactive ( is a Digital Agency based in Schaumburg, IL. We develop cutting edge Search Engine Marketing, Display Advertising, and Social Media programs for our customers.

The Digital Associate will be responsible for ensuring that digital marketing programs are properly managed, completed on schedule, and meet or exceed all client goals. A successful Associate will possess excellent attention to detail and be able to take complete ownership of the process of completing tasks to deliver value to our clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business
• Experience working with advertising platforms like Google, Meta, Bing, TikTok, and Reddit. Additionally, experience with data analysis software is preferred. 
• Google Ads and/or Google Analytics certification preferred
• Previous marketing experience (can be in the form of a paid or unpaid internship)
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities

• Manages client campaigns across various technology platforms, including Google, Microsoft, Bing, Facebook, TikTok, Reddit, and others.
• Monitor and forecast marketing and sales trends
• Measure the effectiveness of digital marketing programs and strategies
• Gather data on consumers, competitors, and market conditions
• Convert complex data and findings into understandable tables, graphs, and written reports
• Prepare reports and present results to clients and management
• Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand
• Assist Marketing Manager with keyword research and builds, writing text ads, campaign implementation, creating client reports, analyzing data, and providing insightful and actionable optimization strategies
• Maintain daily, monthly, and yearly client budgets
• Provide high quality deliverables to clients within specific deadlines
• Meet and exceed client goals and expectations
• Identify new marketing opportunities for current clients
• Stay on top of industry news and trends
• Take ownership in your work
• Bring added value to the office
