  • Oversee campaign management and ad operations, including campaign and vendor strategy, budget management, audience targeting, and optimization.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure content and messaging aligns with strategy and channel best practices.
  • Establish and oversee QA process to ensure campaigns are accurately set up, effectively reaching target audiences, and delivering on client goals and budgets
  • Ensure campaigns are executed seamlessly, on time and on budget, while meeting or exceeding performance goals.

Insights & Performance Analytics

  • Understand targeting, real-time analytics, and personalized messaging in digital advertising, programmatic and mobilization platforms
  • Analyze, measure, and report on content performance and campaign outcomes, translating insights into actionable recommendations
  • Oversee reporting to ensure top insights and recommendations are shared with clients clearly and with overall goals in mind
  • Ensure integration between web and advertising systems
  • Stay up to date on platform trends and content performance behaviors to inform future strategies

Cross-Functional Teams

  • Partner with in-house creative and web teams on backend web development and content management, including implementing quality assurance measures and conversation tracking

Organic Growth & New Business Development

  • Speak to paid media and digital trends and present opportunities to clients and prospects
  • Collaborate with account and practice leads to identify organic growth opportunities and support new business efforts

Leadership & Development

  • Manage, coach, and mentor digital and paid-media focused team members across practices, fostering professional growth and building expertise
  • Promote a collaborative, innovative, and results-driven culture

Qualifications

There are many skills we consider when reviewing applications, but some things we look for include:

  • 10+ years of experience in digital communications or social/paid media
  • Fluent in digital media trends, strategies and best practices
  • Experience on political and/or consumer campaigns or in platform sales/account reps, or ad operations a plus
  • Deep understanding of ad operations and backend processes for digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, X, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic, etc.) in order to support campaign strategy, team development and QA process.
  • Proven experience managing large advertising budgets and executing multi-channel campaigns that drive impactful results
  • Strong leadership skills and the desire to work in a collaborative team environment
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and issues
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Advertising, Marketing or a related discipline
  • A passion for our core values of teamwork, respect, growth, and responsibility
