About the role We are looking for a passionate DUO Barista who strives for excellence in a fast-paced work environment. This position reports to our DUO Restaurant Management Team.
What you will do Serve guest needs by providing exceptional knowledge of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages, as well as information regarding preparation methods.
What you bring •Must possess good knowledge of service and food & beverage products and have had 2 years of food & beverage service experience in a similar role.
•Two year's experience required
•Must maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep and maintain high standard and set a positive example for fellow employees.
•Must appear approachable, comply with grooming standards and have excellent personal presentation skills as per FSM guidelines.
•Should have excellent communication skills and be prepared to develop strong customer service skills.
•Must be able to work in a team or during quiet parts of the day work individually and be responsible for preparation, serving, taking money and organizing.
•Hawaii Food Handler Card

Schedule & Hours •Casual
•The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need.
