Salary: $145,000 - $165,000 + Bonus Potential

HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting a seasoned Electrical Supervising Engineer to support one of the nation's most critical energy infrastructure facilities in Newport, Michigan . Key Responsibilities:

Lead electrical engineering teams supporting nuclear plant operations and upgrades
Oversee system evaluations, electrical calculations, and design packages for high-voltage equipment, switchgear, protective relaying, and power distribution
Ensure compliance with NRC regulations, industry codes (NEC/NESC), and site-specific procedures
Manage design reviews, QA/QC, budgeting, and project schedules
Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, safety, and regulatory teams
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement of technical processes

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering (required)
Professional Engineer (PE) license required
7+ years of electrical engineering experience, with at least 3+ in a supervisory or lead role
Nuclear, utility, or large industrial plant experience strongly preferred
Familiarity with IEEE standards, NFPA, NEC, and NESC
Excellent leadership, technical documentation, and team coordination skills
