Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Journeyman Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring 3–5 years of hands-on experience in commercial and residential electrical work. You will be responsible for leading projects with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage commercial and large residential electrical projects, ensuring the timely completion of work according to scope and schedule.
• Establish and maintain excellent customer relationships, ensuring clear communication and positive service experiences.
• Uphold the highest standards of safety and workmanship on all projects, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and codes.
• Assist in team development through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
• Organize and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and maintain productivity.
• Represent Bierlein-Trombley Electric with professionalism and integrity at all times.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience in commercial or residential electrical work.
• Journeyman Card required.
• Valid driver’s license and an insurable driving record.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with customers and team members.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented approach with a focus on attention to detail.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
