Job Description

Position Overview: Executive coach will guide the new superintendent and will provide a continuum of support and learning.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


a. Engage new superintendent in discussions leading to understanding the district's profile, needs, and possible action items


b. Be available in person to support the new superintendent


c. Assist the new superintendent in developing his or her goals


d. Apply a reasonable timeline to the plans and set expectations for accountability to complete the plans


e. Effectively guide the superintendent growth over time

Qualifications


? Must be a sitting or recently serving superintendent with successful experience in Kentucky for two or more years in two or more districts.


? Must demonstrate detailed knowledge of District programs, initiatives, personnel, budget, facilities, and operations.


? Must maintain active superintendent certification from the EPSB and remain in good standing with the EPSB throughout employment.


? Must maintain confidential information on behalf of the new superintendent and his or her district. Menifee County Schools
