🏡 Executive Director – Senior Living | Indian Land, SC

Are you a bold, people-driven leader with a strong sales mentality and a passion for senior living? We’re looking for a high-impact Executive Director (ED) to take the reins at a well-established community just outside of Charlotte, NC.

This isn’t your average ED role — we’re not a “big box” operator. You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with experienced support, including regular touchpoints with your Regional Director of Operations (RDO) and home office. Small region, big impact.

• Licensed Administrator in South Carolina
• Senior Living Experience : A proven leader in Assisted Living and Memory Care
• Sales-Focused : EDs are the sales leaders — we want someone who leans in.
• Leadership & Development : Experienced manager, willing to coach and elevate your team
• Change Agent : You’ve got a track record of moving the needle — and we’re ready for momentum
• Cultural Fit : Strong voice, collaborative spirit, and someone who thrives with visibility and accountability
