A well-established mid-sized law firm located in San Francisco's Financial District is seeking an experienced Executive Legal Assistant to join their team. This role will support one Managing Partner in a blend of administrative and legal duties - experience handling litigation tasks as well as heavy administrative/travel/scheduling duties is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of court filings, including e-filing in both State and Federal courts
Coordinate and maintain attorney calendar including handling travel arrangements and meeting coordination
Assist with time entry and billing processes
Qualifications:
5-7 years of experience supporting a high-level partner/counsel
Strong knowledge of court procedures, rules, and calendaring requirements
Demonstrated ability to handle e-filings independently
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
