CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a Finance Manager for a reputable client with multiple locations across Texas, Michigan, and Kansas. As the Finance Manager, you will act as a liaison between the customer and lending institutions, ensuring a seamless process for financing and payment options, while achieving monthly forecasts and maintaining strong lender relationships. Finance Manager Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: 2+ years as a Finance Manager in an automotive dealership.
• Strong closing skills , attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication and listening skills to address customer concerns professionally, both in-person and over the phone.
• Collaborate with the Sales Team to ensure compliance and disclosure during vehicle deliveries.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with finance sources.
• Present service contracts, GAP coverage, and additional financial products to customers.
• Ensure ethical and legal financial transactions.
• Meet and exceed monthly finance and insurance (F&I) income and penetration goals.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Employment Type : Full-Time, Direct Hire
• Compensation: Competitive, based on experience
• Locations: Texas, Michigan, and Kansas, with openings in Texarkana, Cleburne, Wharton, Waller, Fairfield, Corsicana, North Branch, Ottawa
• Schedule: 9am-6pm. Open 7 days a week; only work 5.5 days a week.
