Responsibilities
Direct the plant financial reporting and controls and prepare financial analyses of operations
Support the corporate financial reporting accounting group in the monthly accounting, reporting, and analysis
Support strategic projects, to improve overall plant performance
Travel 25-50%. As needed to support plants and others to achieve company objectives
Provide leadership and direction to direct reports
Build strong relationships both within and between regions to ensure best practice usage across the group

Requirements
Education: B.S. in Finance/Accounting or Business Administration
Experience: 5+ years professional (post-degree) financial analysis experience preferably with managerial experience
