Case Corporate Housing, Inc. is looking for experienced Furniture Delivery, Installation and Warehouse Crew Members. This individual will be responsible for performing the day to day operations of the service team and in the warehouse.

***This position REQUIRES the ability to move furniture every day, including up & down stairs, in hot & cold weather conditions***

Responsibilities:
This position responsibilities include but is NOT limited to:

• Deliver, pick up, and install housewares and furniture within CCH standards and procedures safely and efficiently 
• Pull, inspect, and load/unload furniture and housewares on/off company vehicles.
• Carefully handle furniture and electronics and pack on trucks to avoid damage.
• Maintain cleanliness of the company vehicle.
• Maintain furniture, housewares, tooling, and moving equipment inventory and report to the supervisor of any supply requirements to perform daily tasks.
• Report to the supervisor of any damaged inventory discovered while performing a service such as during a reset, delivery or pick-up.
• Product care including minor repairs on furniture & assisting to clean inventory.
• Follow bed bug protocol and procedures.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the warehouse including furniture, housewares, and equipment.
• Evaluate damages and select appropriate methods of repair and/or restoration for furniture.
• Cleaning of furniture per procedures.
• Assemble/disassemble furniture.
• Inspect assigned vehicle daily before and after usage, maintain vehicle log, and report any problems to the operations manager.
• Make sure all vehicles have been loaded with all items needed for setup, delivery or pickup of furniture and housewares.
• Operate all company vehicles in a professional, safe, and courteous manner including utilizing team members to spot when driving the box truck in reverse and parking.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 55 per week
