Position Title: HR Coordinator/Generalist

Wage: $24.00 - $29.00/hour

A HR Coordinator/Generalist position in Rockford, IL is available through Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions. This fully onsite role is responsible for coordinating daily functions of Human Resources including recruiting, benefits, administrating HR policies programs, employee relations, compliance, and training. This is a full-time, direct hire position that offers a competitive compensation and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:
- Full cycle recruitment for general labor and other office and salaried roles
- Support management in resolving employee issues and ensures adherence to policies and compliance with employment laws
- Assist with benefits administration
- Maintain employee files and documentation

Qualifications:
- 1+ years of human resources experience, including recruiting with a focus on hourly general labor roles
- Sourcing and interviewing skills, with the ability to assess reliability, attendance history, and fit
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and confidentiality skills
- Proficiency with ATS systems and MS Office (Excel, Outlook)
