Instructional Designer – Contract

Responsibilities:

• Conduct needs assessments and align content to learning objectives.
• Design materials using learning theory and agile methods.
• Develop leadership-focused training content based on research and benchmarking.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging, relevant materials.
• Manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
• Track progress using project management tools.
• Utilize e-learning tools and visual design software to enhance learning impact.
• Deliver learning across multiple formats: instructor-led, e-learning, video, and virtual.

Details:

Initial 12-month hybrid contract in Atlanta with strong extension potential. You can telecommute two days a week. Great culture with flex hours and collaboration.

Requirements:

• 2+ years in instructional/learning design.
• Experience with leadership development content, especially for varied workforce types.
• Skilled in PowerPoint, Articulate Rise/Storyline, Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong project and relationship management skills.
• Confident presenting to all levels of an organization.
• BA in instructional design, communications, or related field (Master’s preferred).
