We're seeking an Integration Engineer I/II to join our flight test group. In this role, you will support the integration, testing, and bring-up of our Uncrewed Aerial Systems (UASs). This role requires a technical background in software and electrical engineering to diagnose and resolve system issues during development and UAS qualification to ready those systems for flight testing. The ideal candidate will have experience in electrical system integration, testing, and debugging across software, hardware, and embedded systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in UAV system integration and bring-up activities.
  • Support debugging and troubleshooting of software and electrical system issues.
  • Work closely with engineers across multiple disciplines to ensure proper subsystem integration.
  • Execute test plans for system validation, including hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) and flight tests.
  • Assist in setting up test environments for electrical and software component verification.
  • Document test results, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Gain hands-on experience with UAV avionics, sensors, and communication protocols.
  • Learn and support firmware debugging, embedded systems, and communication protocols.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of software and electrical engineering principles.
  • Familiarity with debugging tools such as oscilloscopes and multimeters.
  • Exposure to programming languages such as C/C++ and Python.
  • Interest in UAV avionics, sensors, and communication protocols (UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, Ethernet).
  • Willingness to learn and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.

Pay range for this role

$80,000 - $120,000 USD
