Adecco is seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruiter to join our team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, employee engagement, and providing onsite support to one of our key clients a few days a week. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about connecting people with meaningful work. Pay range for this role is $20-25/hr.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance

• Build strong relationships with candidates, clients, and internal teams

• Conduct regular onsite visits to the client location to support workforce needs and foster engagement

• Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires

• Monitor employee performance and satisfaction, addressing concerns proactively

• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of recruiting or staffing experience preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and time management abilities

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Comfortable working onsite with clients and adapting to their environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ATS platforms

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
