Junior Security Analyst Torch Technologies Inc., is seeking a Junior Security Analyst to support Department of Defense (DoD) security programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with U.S. Government security policies and procedures related to classified information, physical security, and personnel security. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Coordinate and monitor sensitive aspects of DoD security operations. Ensure compliance with all applicable government security regulations and directives. Manage security functions such as physical access control, visitor management, document control, courier authorizations, security clearances, and debriefings. Develop and implement standard operating procedures in accordance with government policies. Conduct and oversee security briefings, training, and awareness programs. Investigate or manage investigations into security incidents or violations and recommend corrective actions. Maintain regular communication and coordination with government security officials. Keep leadership informed of all security-related activities and provide timely updates. Assist in the development and revision of security procedures and policy documents. May provide work guidance or oversight to junior personnel. Job Requirements Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. (Years of related work experience may be substituted for the degree). Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting DoD security programs. Thorough knowledge of DoD security regulations and manuals, such as DoDM 5200.01, DoDM 5205.07, or related directives. Demonstrated experience with personnel security, physical security, and classified material handling. Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to interact effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, including government representatives. Ability to obtain DoD security clearance. Preferred Qualifications: Active DoD security clearance (Secret or higher). Experience working in secure government environments or on Special Access Programs (SAP).
