Shegerian & Associates is seeking a proactive, highly organized Legal & Executive Assistant to support our founding trial attorney, Carney Shegerian. This is a dynamic role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-stakes environments and wants to work closely with one of California’s most recognized plaintiff-side trial attorneys.
You will serve as a trusted right hand during trial preparation and day-to-day firm operations—handling everything from case-related technical support to last-minute filings. This role blends traditional legal assistant responsibilities with executive support, including preparing trial exhibits, working with legal AI tools, and providing timely administrative support.
