Our client, a prestigious, midsized New York-based law firm, is seeking a litigation associate with 3 to 5 years of experience to join its dynamic and growing practice. This is a hybrid position based in New York City.
The firm’s litigation and restructuring group is an agile team of highly accomplished attorneys with decades of experience guiding clients through complex commercial litigation and both in- and out-of-court restructurings. The team includes former big law partners and government attorneys, and is known for delivering sophisticated counsel on high-stakes matters.
Representative clients include:
Private equity and hedge funds, official and ad hoc creditor committees, bondholders and noteholders, mortgage lenders and borrowers, real estate developers, financial institutions, corporate debtors, trustees, independent directors, special investigation committees, and foreign representatives.
The group regularly acts as lead counsel in finance-related disputes and bankruptcy litigation, and frequently partners with leading global law firms as conflicts or special litigation counsel in high-profile matters.

Compensation:
The base salary range for this position is approximately $221,500 to $298,000, depending on experience. This range does not include additional forms of compensation, such as discretionary bonus and benefits.
