Local CDL A Container Driver in Edison, NJ

Job Type: Full-Time 

Pay Rate: $300 per day. If the working time is less than 12 hours, the full day's wages will be paid ( Second Month Wage goes to $320 Per Day, Third Month $340 Per Day)

After the 3-month probation period, the rate will be $360/day and overtime $40/Hr.

Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,400 - $1,600

Overtime: $30/hr

Start Time: 5:30am

End Time: 5:30pm

Schedule: Monday - Friday

  Overview:  

• Join our team as a Local CDL - A Driver Picking up the shipping containers from the main ports and railways to Smart warehouse located in Edison, NJ
• About 70% of the containers will be delivered to the warehouse in Edison, NJ
• The rest will go to the 3rd party warehouses and a few of them go directly to the Amazon warehouse.

Requirements:  

• At least 3 years CDL driving experience and 1 year port container picking up experience.
• TWIC card and SEALINK.
• Clear driving record and good driving habits
• Having willingness to do the teamwork.
• Having Patience and loyalty
• Able to accept a fast-paced and high-intensity work environment and have strong stress resistance
• Good communication skills
