Summary

We’re looking for a  Logistics Operations Coordinator who thrives at the intersection of planning and execution. This is a  hybrid role that requires both operational thinking and on-the-ground awareness. You’ll work closely with both our office and warehouse teams to coordinate daily logistics, optimize workflow, troubleshoot problems, and ensure that client and carrier expectations are met with precision and urgency.

This role is ideal for someone who has experience in logistics or supply chain operations, but who also understands (and respects) the real-world flow of warehouse work — and isn’t afraid to walk the floor to make things happen.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, inventory movement, and warehouse task flow
• Liaise between customer service, warehouse, and carrier teams to ensure all parties are aligned on scheduling, priorities, and execution
• Review shipping documents (BOLs, packing slips, commercial invoices) for accuracy and compliance
• Monitor order queues and warehouse tasks to flag and resolve bottlenecks
• Create or update SOPs for repeatable workflows and client-specific processes
• Support system updates in WMS or order management platforms; troubleshoot issues as needed
• Occasionally assist with physical inventory audits or walk-throughs to verify execution on the warehouse floor
• Act as a key communicator between what the system shows — and what’s actually happening

Requirements

• 2–4 years experience in logistics, fulfillment, or supply chain operations
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes, shipping workflows, and inventory control
• Experience with systems such as WMS, TMS, ShipStation, or other logistics platforms preferred
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail)
• High school diploma required; additional education in logistics, supply chain, or business a plus
• Must be located within  commutable distance to Baldwin Park, CA
