Job Title: Maintenance/Handy Person Restaurants & Airbnb Property
Location: Who's on Third, Whos On Layton, Oak Barrel, Third St. Properties Milwaukee, WI
Job Type: Part-Time/Independent Contractor/Flexible Hours

Job Summary:
Were looking for a reliable and experienced Handy Person to help maintain our locally owned restaurants and a small group of Airbnb rental units. If you have a knack for fixing things, work well independently, and take pride in keeping spaces in top shape, wed love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Perform minor repairs in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and drywall
• Routine upkeep (changing air filters, light bulbs, batteries, etc.)
• Respond to urgent maintenance issues as they arise
• Ensure all restaurants and Airbnb spaces are safe and guest-ready
• Assemble furniture and install small appliances when needed
• Keep tools and supplies organized and request restocks as necessary

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a handyman or maintenance technician
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, woodworking, painting, staining and general repairs
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks
• Self-starter with good communication and time management skills
• Flexible schedule, including occasional nights/weekends if needed

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with restaurants or vacation rentals
• Trade certifications or contractors license (a plus, not required)
