ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting directly to the CFO, you will be a strategic finance leader driving our continued success. This role is a high-impact, high-visibility position that will shape the company’s financial strategy, optimize resource allocation, and support key business decisions that fuel growth (M&A and commercial partnerships) and operational excellence.
You will help conduct financial analysis, capital allocation, and performance management initiatives, providing data-driven insights that inform executive decision-making. As one of the first finance team members, you will play a pivotal role in building scalable financial infrastructure, developing strategic frameworks, and partnering cross-functionally to drive profitability and efficiency.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
You will be a key financial architect in driving double-digit revenue growth and optimizing operational efficiency. This role is more than just finance—it’s about shaping strategy, driving execution, and enabling data-driven decision-making at the highest levels of the company.
• Work with the CFO, other executives, delivering actionable financial and data-driven insights that inform business strategy and drive performance.
• Develop and enhance financial and operating models that serve as the foundation for strategic planning, investment decisions, and operational execution.
• Own key business metrics, tracking, analyzing, and forecasting performance to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities that impact growth and profitability.
• Contribute to quarterly financial forecasting and budgeting process, ensuring alignment with long-term strategic goals.
• Collaborate with our corporate data team to drive automation, scalability, and continuous improvement in forecasting, reporting, and procurement systems.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
• 2+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or strategic finance, with a track record of driving impact.
• Exceptional financial acumen, including deep expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and quantitative analysis.
• A strategic mindset with a bias for action—someone who can identify opportunities, structure problems, and drive solutions.
• Strong business ownership, with the ability to take complex projects from conception to execution.
• Executive presence and communication skills, including the ability to distill complex financial data into compelling insights for senior leadership.
• A collaborative, low-ego approach, with the ability to build strong relationships and work effectively across teams.
