We’re looking for a part time Marketing Consultant to support our marketing team in various digital marketing, content creation, and website management tasks. This role starts as part-time, with the potential to grow into a full-time position. You’ll work directly under our lead marketing team member on multiple aspects of digital marketing, content strategy, and brand growth.

What You’ll Do:

Content Creation & Social Media Management

• Develop engaging social media posts to increase audience interaction and brand awareness.
• Schedule and manage posts across platforms like LinkedIn and X.
• Research trends and create content that aligns with our brand and marketing strategy.
• Help with community engagement by responding to comments and messages.

SEO & Blog Writing

• Assist with optimizing and publishing SEO-optimized blog posts.
• Conduct basic keyword research and apply best practices for digital content.
• Assist in researching industry news/insights and developing email copy for email marketing campaigns.

Website & Digital Marketing Support

• Assist with website updates and maintenance using Wix.

General Marketing & Administrative Support

• Assist with gathering client testimonials from customers
• Assist with event planning as needed.
• Help manage marketing materials, outreach lists, and other organizational tasks.
• Support in brainstorming and executing new marketing initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience with digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.
• A degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of SEO principles, email marketing, and website maintenance.
• Experience with Wix or similar website builders is a plus.
• Excellent writing and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, take initiative, and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable with learning new tools and receiving feedback to improve skills.
• Bonus: Familiarity with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, Canva, or basic graphic design tools.
