Job Title: Mastic Material Delivery Technician

Location: Chattanooga, TN 37416

Duration: 06 months

Pay rate: $17-$19 Hr

Job Description:

Position Summary:

• The Warehouse Associate is responsible for handling and transporting materials, maintaining inventory levels at production lines, and ensuring a clean and organized work environment. This role is expected to follow all safety protocols and company policies while supporting operational efficiency and product quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming pads and plugs for quantity and quality.
• Report any product defects or concerns to the Team Leader.
• Unpack and sort items into appropriate storage bins.
• Deliver plugs and sound dampener pads to the production line.
• Maintain line-side inventory of plugs, grommets, and melt pads.
• Manage the hood block route between the fixture and sealer decks.
• Operate a Tugger safely and efficiently.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of all work areas and storage locations.
• Adhere to all safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
• Support and follow all company policies and procedures in a professional manner.
• Work a minimum of 40 hours per week on-site, with flexibility to work additional hours as required.
• Maintain compliance with all required safety training and guidelines.

Qualifications:

Education:

• High school diploma or GED required; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skills & Abilities:

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, work instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Effective verbal communication skills for interaction with teams and leadership.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, and multiplication.
• Ability to apply common sense and follow written, verbal, or diagram-based instructions.
• Strong attention to detail, safety focus, and a team-oriented mindset.
