🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform high-quality MIG welding on custom products
• Read and interpret blueprints, project plans, and instructions
• Apply proper layout, tacking, and fabrication techniques
• Follow all safety procedures using provided PPE
• Work in a job shop setting where every product is built to order
• Take on additional duties as needed to support production

✅ What You Bring

• Proficiency in MIG welding and fabrication
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings
• Solid understanding of welding safety protocols
• Experience with layout, tacking, and shop math
• Skilled in using tape measures and hand tools
• Welding degree or equivalent hands-on experience

🏭 Your Work Environment

• Modern welding and fabrication shop with 20 welding bays
• Shared bays during first shift; workday runs 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Breaks at 8 AM, 10 AM, and lunch at noon
• Welders stand for up to two hours at a time
• Clean, safe, and well-organized facility

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $32.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
