Are you a passionate, dual-licensed real estate agent and mortgage loan originator looking for flexibility and great earning potential? We are offering an exciting opportunity for individuals who hold both a realtor and mortgage loan originator (MLO) license. In this role, you will earn commissions from both mortgage loans and real estate transactions, allowing you to maximize your earning potential!

Position Types:

Part-Time and Full-Time opportunities available.

Requirements:

Active NMLS Mortgage License is required.
Dual-licensed Realtors must have an active real estate license in the State of Florida.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure all necessary documentation is collected for the smooth processing of mortgage loans.
For those who prefer to focus solely on real estate, a lower commission split is available for referring mortgage loan prospects to another company's MLO to complete the loan.
Alternatively, you can leverage a lender's processing department or third-party processing service for your loan applications.
Creativity and problem-solving are essential in this position; your success will depend on your ability to innovate and apply your knowledge to client needs.
