Level 2 certification in Film Radiography (RT) and Liquid Penetrant (PT) inspection methods per (National Aerospace Standard) NAS-410 Certification & Qualification of Nondestructive Test Personnel.
Provide one certified NDT Level 2 NDT radiographic testing (RT) technician to perform inspection services.
Technicians provided must have experience performing radiographic inspection of castings (Inconel or other nickel super alloys preferred).
- Provide one certified NDT Level 2 penetrant testing (PT) technician to perform surface inspection services. Experience performing PT of castings preferred.
- Provisions:
o Technicians are expected to perform inspection duties using facilities and equipment as directed by management or an NDT Level 2 or Level 3 inspector.
o All work is to be performed at the Castings Facility located in Arlington, Washington.
