Sizemore, Inc. is looking for experienced Night Shift Team Leads to join their team. The position offers a pay rate of $16.50 per hour with weekly pay. The schedule is Wednesday to Saturday, 6pm to 5am. Sizemore, Inc. is willing to train the right candidates. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, and more. The job involves oversight of assigned team members at customer locations, performing or assisting with cleaning duties, ensuring team members are trained, inspecting work to meet standards, assisting leadership with staff performance and customer expectations, handling complaints, inspecting facilities, maintaining equipment and supplies, maintaining rapport with customers, logging daily reports, responding to issues promptly, organizing and overseeing cleanliness, participating in training, driving continuous improvement, enforcing company policies, and other duties as assigned. Working conditions may include overtime, indoor and outdoor work, extensive walking or standing, lifting items up to 50 lbs, and minimal travel. A 7-year background check and drug test are required prior to employment. Candidates must be 18 years or older and have reliable transportation.
