Office Administrator
Location: Sarasota, FL
Pay Rate: $17.00/hour

We are seeking a dependable and organized Office Administrator to join a home care office in Sarasota. This full-time role involves answering phones, scheduling caregivers, and handling general administrative tasks to ensure smooth and reliable service for clients and staff. It’s a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, professional, and enjoys helping others.

Schedule Options:

  • Evenings: Monday–Friday, 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM

  • Weekends: Saturday–Sunday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

  • Full Schedule Option: Work both shifts with Wednesdays off (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and provide professional support to clients, caregivers, and team members

  • Schedule and coordinate caregivers for home visits

  • Update schedules and maintain accurate records in the system

  • Communicate clearly with staff and families about shift confirmations or changes

  • Assist with basic office tasks and support daily operations

Qualifications:

  • Previous office, scheduling, or administrative experience preferred

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

  • Comfortable using scheduling software and learning new systems

  • Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and problem-solve effectively

  • Friendly, professional, and compassionate approach to customer service
