Stalwart Law Group, a highly respected boutique civil litigation firm in Los Angeles, specializing in the representation of injured victims, is seeking a full-time client service-oriented Receptionist. This is a remote position.

This position is the first point of contact for incoming calls and will provide excellent client service to both internal and external parties.

The Receptionist will support the firm as needed including:

• The role is integral to the firm's operations, supporting both clients and team members in a fast-paced legal environment
• Ensure a positive and professional client-based service experience
• Answer and redirect incoming calls, emails, and text messages
• Respond to or forward client questions to the appropriate department
• Assist the Intake Department as needed including maintain meticulous client communication call logs, messages and communication with client information

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of administrative or receptionist experience
• Knowledge and experience with firm applications and phone system: Ring Central and Slack
• Excellent client service skills and willingness to be of service
• Bilingual preferred (Spanish)
• Tech savvy and comfortable working in a paperless system
• Time management and attention to detail is imperative
