The Role

As Director of People & Culture, you’ll be a strategic partner, a culture catalyst, and an advocate for what it means to grow with people, not just around them. You’ll guide how we attract, nurture, and retain extraordinary talent — and ensure our internal systems are as human-centered as the experiences we create for others.

What You’ll Lead

  • People Strategy & Organizational Design
    Build and evolve people-first strategies that align with our business goals while future-proofing how we work, collaborate, and grow.
    Partner with leadership on team design, succession planning, and capability mapping.
  • Culture & Belonging
    Champion a culture where inclusion isn’t a policy — it’s a practice. Shape programs that support psychological safety, equitable experiences, and meaningful moments that spark connection.
  • Talent Development
    Design growth pathways, performance practices, and learning opportunities that meet people where they are and elevate where they want to go.
  • Recruitment & Employer Brand

What You’ll Bring

  • 8+ years of experience in HR, People Ops, or Culture Leadership.
  • Experience building and scaling people programs from scratch.
  • Deep fluency in DEIB principles and modern people practices.
  • Comfort with HR systems, compliance frameworks, and data-driven decisions.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with creative, mission-led, or agency environments.
