Join Pride Health as a part-time Phlebotomist at Olympia, WA ! This is a 3 months contract role offering a great opportunity for experience to excel in a dynamic environment.

Role: Phlebotomist (part-time)

Location: 406 Black Hills Lane SW, Olympia, WA 98502

Shift Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM PST

Hours per Week: 20 hours

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Highlights: $20 - 24/hour (Based on years of experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform venipuncture and capillary collections, including pediatric and geriatric patients

• Explain procedures to patients and ensure a calm, professional experience

• Prepare and label specimens in accordance with established protocols

• Maintain accurate records and specimen documentation

• Uphold all safety and infection control procedures

• Work independently and manage workflow in a fast-paced environment

• Provide coverage as needed based on business demands (flexibility required)

Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certification: Phlebotomy certification – Required in Washington State
  (Must have active Medical Assistant Phlebotomist license through the WA Department of Health)
• Experience: Minimum 6 months of phlebotomy experience – Required
  Note: Local candidates within 30 miles and 20-25 minutes of commute are eligible.

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credit.
