Surveyor Position Overview: The Professional Surveyor will oversee and manage surveying projects, including boundary surveys, land division, and mapping, while ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute complex surveying projects from start to finish.
• Conduct detailed field surveys and supervise survey crews.
• Interpret legal descriptions and land records for boundary determinations.
• Prepare and review survey maps, plats, and reports.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and client communication.
• Provide expert advice on surveying methods and regulations.
• Maintain knowledge of state and local surveying laws and standards.

Qualifications:

• Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license.
• Extensive experience in land surveying.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Proficiency in surveying software and equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
