We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to support our agents and clients by managing contracts, paperwork, and deadlines throughout the home buying and selling process.
Job Responsibilities: Manage and oversee all aspects of real estate transactions from contract to close Ensure all necessary documentation is completed, accurate, and submitted on time Communicate with real estate agents, clients, lenders, title companies, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions Track transaction timelines, ensuring contract deadlines are met Coordinate inspections, appraisals, and closing appointments Maintain electronic and physical transaction files in compliance with company policies and real estate regulations Assist in preparing and reviewing contracts, addendums, and disclosures Provide administrative support to real estate agents, ensuring a seamless client experience Qualifications & Skills: Prior experience as a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator, Real Estate Assistant, or similar role Knowledge of real estate contracts, escrow processes, and industry regulations Proficiency in transaction management software (e.g., Dotloop, Skyslope, BrokerMint) and CRM systems Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and manage multiple transactions simultaneously Familiarity with MLS platforms and real estate compliance requirements A real estate license (preferred but not required) If you are a proactive and detail-driven Real Estate Transaction Coordinator, we’d love to hear from you!
