We are seeking a Sales Engineer to support our sales team in delivering technical expertise, solution demonstrations, and pre-sales support to customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in video management systems (VMS) , security technologies , and networking , with relevant certifications being a plus.

• Act as the technical expert in sales engagements, working closely with Account Executives to understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations , proof-of-concepts, and technical presentations for prospects and partners.
• Assist in RFP/RFI responses , ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with customer requirements.
• Design and architect solutions that integrate Airship AI’s VMS, AI, and security technologies into customer environments.
• Provide pre-sales and some post-sales support , including system configuration, integration guidance, and best practices.
• Develop technical documentation and sales enablement materials to support the sales process.
• Stay updated on industry trends, security standards, and networking best practices to provide informed recommendations.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to ensure smooth deployments and customer satisfaction.

• 3+ years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Technical Pre-Sales role within video management, security, or networking industries.
• Strong knowledge of IP networking, security protocols, and system integrations . Networking certifications (CCNA, Network+, etc.) are a plus.
• Experience with Video Management Systems (VMS) , surveillance solutions, and AI-driven analytics is highly preferred.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for customers.
• Strong presentation, communication, and customer engagement skills.
• Experience working with enterprise and government clients is a plus.
• Willingness to travel (as needed) for customer meetings, demos, and events.
