Role - Consumer Compliance Analyst - Banking

Location-based Roles – Candidates must be able to travel to work locations for at least two days per week in the following locations

a. Mount Laurel, New Jersey;

b. Wilmington, Delaware; and

c. Charlotte, North Carolina

Pay Rate - $23-25 Per hour on W2 with No Benefits

Consumer Compliance Analyst

Locations: Mt. Laurel, NJ | Wilmington, DE | Charlotte, NJ

Are you passionate about regulatory compliance and ensuring adherence to industry standards? We’re looking for a Consumer Compliance Analyst to join our team and play a key role in testing and monitoring processes to ensure compliance with federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in training sessions to gain a deep understanding of testing requirements, scope, and methodologies.
• Execute compliance testing using pre-defined test scripts for in-scope processes.
• Accurately document testing outcomes following prescribed standards.
• Identify and escalate any instances of non-compliance or deviations in testing results to key stakeholders.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4+ years of professional experience, with at least 1-2 years in consumer compliance transactional testing or quality assurance.
• Strong knowledge of federal consumer compliance regulations , including:
• TILA (Reg Z)
• Electronic Fund Transfer Act (Reg E)
• Equal Credit Opportunity Act (Reg B)
• Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA)
• CAN-SPAM, COPPA, Privacy regulations, and more.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document findings clearly.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Business, Finance, or Risk Management.
• Experience in banking/financial products such as credit cards, unsecured lending, and deposits .
